After investigating the new allegations, police established probable cause and issued an arrest warrant against Burdette on July 2 on the five charges. He was found and arrested on Monday.

“Burdette was transported to the Concord Police Department for the booking process,” Mitchell said. “Burdette refused to cooperate with the booking process and was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections.”

Burdette was arraigned in Concord District Court Tuesday and held on preventative detention. He has a probable cause hearing in court on July 16.
