ARGENTINE TOWNSHIP, Mich.— Police are warning of a scam involving border patrol.
According to the Argentine Township Police Department, if someone calls you and identifies themselves as a border patrol agent, hang up and block the number.
“At NO time will any local or federal law enforcement officer call demanding financial information or state “You have a warrant and They are coming to get you!,” the department says in a social media post.
